Guacamole

Ingredients
- 2 avocados diced
- 1 roma tomatoes diced
- ½ jalapeño finely chopped
- ½ cup of red onion
- ¼ cup of lime juice
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
Spices
- 2 tbsp of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tsp of cayenne
- 1 tsp of salt
Optional Ingredients
Serrano Peppers: For some additional heat, chop up some serrano peppers and toss it in the guacamole.
Queso Fresco: Top the guacamole with a sprinkle of queso fresco for a tangy finish.
Instructions
Start by dicing the avocados, roma tomato, and red onion. Finely chop the jalapeño and cilantro and set to the side.
In a bowl, add in the diced avocado and mash until few chunks remain. Gently stir in diced roma tomatoes, jalapeño, and red onion. Drizzle in olive oil and lime juice. Stir in the finely chopped cilantro, cayenne pepper, and salt. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Optional: For added heat, fold in some chopped serrano peppers. For extra flavor, sprinkle crumbled queso fresco on top.
Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and enjoy with your favorite chips or as a topping for tacos and burritos.
