Chimichurri Marinade

Chimichurri is a vibrant sauce featuring fresh parsley and cilantro, blended with garlic, shallots, olive oil, and a swig of lime juice. Ideal as a topping or marinade for steaks, adding a bold and tangy flavor in every bite.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of olive oil
- ¼ cup of lime juice
- ½ cup of red onion
- ¼ cup of shallot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of fresh parsley
- ½ cup of fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp of dried oregano
- 2 tbsp of red pepper flakes
Combine fresh parsley, cilantro, oregano, red onion, garlic, and shallot in a food processor until finely chopped. Gradually add olive oil and lime juice until thoroughly combined. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gently stir in red pepper flakes and flaky salt to taste.
