Ingredients

Optional Ingredients

Chopped Nuts: For added texture and flavor, you can sprinkle some chopped nuts, such as walnuts or pecans, over the brie before baking. This will add a delightful crunch to each bite.

Dipping Sauce: Serve with a balsamic glaze to enhance the flavors and provide a contrast to the richness of the brie.

Instructions

Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). While the oven is preheating, take your frozen puff pastry out of the refrigerator and allow it to thaw at room temperature until it's pliable but still cold.

Once the puff pastry is at room temperature cut into 12 small rectangles. Grease your cupcake pan with butter or baking spray to prevent a puff pastry from sticking to the pan. Place your rectangles of puff pastry into your cupcake pan, gently pressing each puff pastry rectangle into the wells of the muffin tin to form small cups.

Cut your brie into small cubes, approximately 1-inch by 1-inch in size. Place one cube of brie into each puff pastry cup. For extra cheesy brie bites add in two cubes of brie. Sprinkle on the chopped rosemary into each brie by and add a small dash of jam.

Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake the brie bites for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed up around the edges. Once baked, remove the brie bites from the oven and allow them to cool slightly. Drizzle each bite with a touch of hot honey for a sweet and spicy finish.
